<p>To unlock the flagpole you will turn each locking mechanism to the left(counter-clockwise) and lower the pole. Our poles have a locking mechanism that uses friction, if the pole is tightened too much it can stick and become difficult to loosen. &#xA0;For flagpoles that are stuck we recommend using WD40 or another form of lubricant and spraying 1-2 pumps in each section that won&#x2019;t unlock, let it sit for a few hours and try again. If that still does not solve the issue, please contact our customer support team.</p>
